Seasonal Showroom Sales Staff

Assist customers in selecting snowboarding equipment, including boards, bindings, and gear, that matches their preferences and needs.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the showroom, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to showcase our products effectively.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the showroom team to provide feedback to improve the customer experience.

・11:30am to 7pm (overtime may be required during busy periods).
・45 min unpaid lunch break.
・5 days per week.
・¥1,600 hourly wage.

Late November 2025 to Late March 2026 (later start or earlier finish negotiable)

・Passion for snowboarding and working in a snowy environment.
・Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
・Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
・Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
・Fluent English speaking level.
・Basic conversational Japanese skills preferred but not essential.

・No specific qualifications required.
・Must hold a valid visa to work in Japan.
