Job Description
- Responsible for snowboard product development and production management.
- Ordering, inspection, inventory management, and coordination with factories. Product design, quality control, evaluation, etc.
Requirements
- Japanese (Native level), Basic English conversation (for communication with overseas factories)
- Those who love snowboarding or have a high interest in it
- Basic operations of Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Work experience with 2D graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and promote projects smoothly

Offer
- Contract Employee
- 8 hours of work per day within business hours (1-hour break)
- 2 days off per week (Holidays negotiable)
- Monthly salary from 262,400 JPY (Determined based on experience and skills)
*Permanent employment conversion system available
