Production Management Staff

• Responsible for snowboard product development and production management.
• Ordering, inspection, inventory management, and coordination with factories. Product design, quality control, evaluation, etc.

• Japanese (Native level), Basic conversational English (for communication with overseas factories)
• Those who love snowboarding or have a high level of interest in it
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Practical experience with 2D graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage projects smoothly

• Advanced English proficiency
• 3D CAD software operation skills
• Practical experience in industrial design or manufacturing

• Contract Employee
• 8 hours of work per day during business hours (1-hour break)
• 2 days off per week (Days off negotiable)
• Monthly salary from 262,400 JPY (Determined based on experience and skills)

• Overtime may be required during peak seasons
