※ 納期は指定できません。ボードを受け取り次第順に作業に移りますが、混雑状況により２ヶ月〜３ヶ月ほどかかる場合がございます。

We will consult with you and perform maintenance on areas that require repair.
(The wax applied is for riding use. If you scrape it off, you can ride immediately. For off-season storage, we will return the board without removing it.)

*Please be sure to remove bindings before sending your board.
*We recommend packaging the board securely and shipping it in a snowboard specific bag provided by the shipping company.
*The order form has a column for specifying the delivery date, but please note delivery date cannot be specified for tune-ups during the campaign period.
*Boards will be returned sequentially as they are completed.
*If you would like to bring your board to the Niseko showroom, please contact us in advance as the store may only be open by appointment or closed.
*Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
*Additional fees may be charged if you notify us in advance for major damages that affect the ride performance.
*Delivery date cannot be specified. As soon as we receive the boards, we will start working on them in order. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 months.
