Thank you for your continued support of GENTEM FACTORY TUNE.

Due to various circumstances, we have decided to revise the prices of our GENTEM FACTORY TUNE products and services.

Although this may place a burden on our customers, we will continue to strive to provide quality and service that satisfies our customers, so we appreciate your understanding.

[Affected Products and Revised Prices]

We will increase the prices of all GENTEM FACTORY TUNE products by 20%. Please refer to the attached table.

[Price Revision Schedule]

The revised prices will be in effect when ordering a new snowboard.

The increase will start for used boards from 1 June 2025.

[Special Offer]

Used boards tuning will be offered at the old price until 31 May. In addition, we plan to accept orders for all tuning services at 15% off from 1 to 31 May. Please take this opportunity to order.
